Muffins are usually sweet but these muffins are savoury! Here’s the recipe.
Ingredients for 12 muffins
- 100 g of a grated emmental
- 100 g of cocked ham
- 250 g of flour
- 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 60 g of butter
- 200 ml of milt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- a pinch of salt
- paper cups
How to make cheese muffins: receta en inglés para niños
1. Separate the paper cups and preheat the oven to 160-190º.
2. Dice the ham mix the salt, flour, baking powder ant nutmeg in a bowl.
3. Mix the egg, butter and milt in another bowl. Add the flour mixture, the ham and the cheese.
4. Mix well. then fill the paper cups with the mixture.
5. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
