Ingredients(For 4 cheeseburgers)
For the burgers
• Olive oil
• 400 g minced beef
• 1 onion
• Salt and pepper
• 8 cream crackers (or 4 biscottes)
•1egg
• 4 burger buns!
• 4 slices of cheese
For the sauce
• 4 gherkins
• 1 tablespoon capers
• 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard!
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Method
1. Make the sauce. Chop the gherkins into small cubes and put into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, capers and mustard. Mix well. Cover and put in the fridge.
2. Wrap* the cream crackers (or biscottes) in a clean tea towel and crush them. Chop the onion.
3. Put the cream crackers and onion into a bowl. Add the egg, minced beef, and some salt and pepper. Mix well.
4. Make 4 burgers with the mixture.
5. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook the burgers.
6. Open the burger buns and heat in the microwave for a few seconds.
7. Put a burger in each burger bun. Add a slice of cheese, some lettuce and tomato.
8. Serve with the sauce that you prepared earlier.
